| According to the recent mergermarket survey, one in three respondents were unaware of the importance of the admission documentation in the process of listing on AIM. Elsewhere 37% of respondents believed the quality of the prospectus produced was below “good” for various reasons. Clearly, the choice of a financial printer with specific AIM expertise should not be underestimated! |

It is no surprise that track record and experience were the key factors cited by survey respondents when selecting advisers for the AIM process. There are other benefits of going with the experts; the production of IPO documentation should be a transparent and trouble free process but when the unexpected occurs, entrusting it all to a specialist financial printer will seem a very sensible decision. And, at a stressful time for company owners, it means one less thing to keep them awake at night.
