History

Millnet was founded in 1996, following a Management Buy-Out. Later that year, we created the Legal Photocopying team to provide law firms with the additional capacity they needed from time to time.

In 2000, Millnet acquired a business providing electronic legal document services. The following year, digital print services were added to complement and extend the range of Millnet's document services.

Following our move in 2001 to new production facilities in The City, our operational capacity more than doubled. Today, our list of clients has grown rapidly to include more than 80% of the top 100 UK law firms, as well as many blue-chip financial services companies and management consultancies.

People are at the heart of what we do. In a service industry like ours, people are the key to delivering high-quality services. We are committed to recruiting, training and retaining people of the highest calibre. More than 40% of our permanent staff are Millnet shareholders.
