Marcus Craggs is Chairman, Managing Director and founder of Millnet having set up the company in early 1996 as a result of an MBO of the financial printing services division of Radley Yeldar. Marcus has guided Millnet’s growth from 5 staff in 1996 to some 200 today with operations in London and Leeds covering a number of areas including Litigation Support Services, Financial Documentation Services, Digital Printing Services, Data Hosting and Online document production. With over 20 years in the printing industry, Marcus learnt his trade with R.R. Donnelley, where he held the position of European Sales Director. Prior to that Marcus served with the Army, spending 8 years as an officer, the last 3 on active service in Oman. Marcus holds an MBA from the London Business School, from where he graduated in 1992. |

John Redford is Vice Chairman and a Director of Millnet with specific responsibility for sales within the financial printing division. John has been with Millnet since 1996 and, with Marcus Craggs, is co-founder of the company. Prior to joining Millnet, John worked in financial design and financial public relations and has worked in the City since 1986. John gained an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, graduating in 1996. |

James Moeskops joined Millnet as Finance Director in 2002 and was appointed Managing Director in 2007. James brings financial discipline combined with a commercial and very hands on approach to a role which has varied and expanded considerably during his time with Millnet. Currently, James leads a team of experienced consulting and operational experts focused on providing document production, processing and management services to legal sector clients. James is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He trained with Ernst & Young where he focused on providing consulting and corporate finance services to high growth entrepreneurial businesses. Prior to joining Millnet, James applied his strategic, financial planning and corporate finance expertise in a number of roles with entrepreneurial start-up businesses. |

Ian Barbour joined Millnet in 1997, since when he has been a key player in the growth and development of the company. Ian has been highly significant in building and maintaining the client base as well as bringing in changes to systems and technology on an ongoing basis. As well as being key to Millnet’s Financial Printing business Ian is head of Electronic Document Services and as such is responsible for Virtual Data Room and E-Bible services. Ian has had management training at the London Business School and before coming to the City, in 1995, was an army officer. |

Charles Holloway was formerly a senior litigation partner with Eversheds LLP and Head of Litigation in the Cambridge, Ipswich and Norwich offices. He was introduced to the concept of electronic document management by his involvement in both the Bloody Sunday and Harold Shipman inquiries and his wide experience of document intensive cases and in other investigations in the public and private sectors. He also has considerable experience of working in Spain, Mexico and throughout Latin America and was seconded to a major Spanish Bank for a period in the 1990s. Charles is also a business consultant and an accredited mediator. He lives in Norfolk, is married and has four grown up children. |

Tony Minns is a qualified barrister who was appointed to the board of Millnet as a non-executive director in 1999. Tony is also a director of Cathedral Capital Limited, a Lloyd’s of London insurance syndicate and of Keygate Property Investments Limited, a property development company. Tony has written a number of tax publications on employee share schemes and other benefits. He is currently a contributor to Croner’s Reference Book for Employers. |
